The “Cold War No More” project

Like most geocachers we have developed a strong affection for the places where we have placed our caches, none more so than the location of our first cache: Cold War No More.
CWNM is located within the Roding Meadows Nature Reserve, The reserve can initially appear a little uninspiring – a disused RAF base wedge between the river and the M11. But as you wander through the reserve, with a little effort, you can appreciate the multitude of bird song and wildflowers that grow in abundance here.

Last year during our regular cache maintenance visits we delighted in watching the way the landscape changed with the seasons. This year Chris has decided to document in pictures the changes throughout the seasons.
